Shipping policy

We keep shipping simple: free on every Australian order, no minimum.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders within Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM AEST/AEDT (Sydney time) on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Our weekly cut-off time is Friday at 3:00 PM AEST/AEDT (Sydney time).

Delivery time

After processing, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. In total, you can expect your order within 4–9 business days after placing it. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays.

Address changes

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible through the contact page. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the address for you.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if your order is lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
